There is a wealth of wonderful teaching going on around the nation and the three RoadTrippers got a chance to see that first hand. They interviewed teachers across the country while touring the US for 3 months in the Road Trip Nation RV.
Arne Duncan discussed reframing the conversation about teaching. In Korea, teachers are considered 'nation builders'. We are nation builders here and our perception of "just a teacher" needs changing.
How do we attract and retain talented people to serve in such a wonderfully challenging job?
